ATHLETE PERFORMANCE COACHING


Jamie & Athan Iannucci — MVP Lacrosse

We offer personalized nutrition and training programs designed to help athletes reach their full potential. Our approach combines expert coaching, performance-focused nutrition, and sport-specific programming to help athletes build strength, agility, endurance, and confidence — both on and off the field.


We understand that every athlete is unique. Our programs are designed to build physical performance and athletic IQ through structured training, recovery support, and individualized nutrition strategies that fuel peak performance.


1. MVP Performance Package – $350/month

For athletes who want a comprehensive approach combining both training and nutrition.

Includes:

• Custom personalized meal plan with detailed macros

• Access to the TrueCoach app with self-guided workouts (updated every 4–6 weeks)

• Rehab and injury prevention exercises

• Weekly progress tracking and adjustments with your coach

• Macro tracking education and ongoing assistance


2. MVP Nutrition Package – $250/month

For athletes who already have a training program but want expert nutrition and accountability.

Includes:

• Custom personalized meal plan tailored to sport and training load

• Weekly check-ins and plan adjustments as needed

• Ongoing access to your coach for questions and feedback

• Education on fueling, hydration, and recovery strategies
